1st Cuatro Festival Survives Well in San Francisco
Report by Don Jibaro Barbanegra
The Puerto Rican Community in the Bay area appears to have nailed down the mysteriously basic, and yet intrinsically difficult principle of how to keep Boricuas working together. They have a festival... a cuatro Festival, that is.

The "Club Puertorriqueño de San Francisco" has successfully established the tradition to be followed for years to come. The 1st Annual Cuatro Festival had place on Sunday, September 2, 2007 in the city of San Francisco.

These Puerto Ricans have established the quintessential Puerto Rican tradition in the Bay Area... honor to Puerto Rico's National Musical Instrument... the Cuatro. Dig the highlights...!!!
